SUPARCO is looking towards young talented students who want to pursue study in the most challenging hi-tech engineering field of Communication Systems & Aerospace at the Institute of Space Technology Islamabad, a public sector degree awarding university funded by HEC and recognized by HEC / PEC.

1. Who can apply?

65% or more in H.S.C-I (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics), in year 2007 and waiting for H.S.C-II / A-Level result in the year 2008.

2. Scholarships, Boarding & Lodging facilities

 

.

Bright and hard working students who maintain a GPA of 3.0 and above in each semester would be given scholarships, to take care of their educational, boarding & lodging expenditures in that particular semester. Boarding and lodging facilities for student for students other than Rawalpindi / Islamabad are available.

3. Career prospects after completion of engineering studies

 

.

The sponsored students on completion of degree with GPA 3.0 and above will have to join SUPARCO as Assistant Managers. These officers would be posted at Karachi or Lahore as per their choices. Opportunities for higher studies abroad are also available during the service.

4. Registration

 

.

Students, interested to join Institute of Space Technology (IST) may register themselves with SUPARCO through online registration form (see link below), these students will be given admission in IST on merit & as per their selection criteria. Interested students are required to appear in NTS National Aptitude Test (NAT-IE), which will be considered as their entrance test.

Forth coming dates are as follows:
